1.) Log into Parent/Student Portal
a. https://focusk12.polk-fl.net/focus/
b. Parents, if you do not know your login information, contact the main office at your studentā€™s school.
c. Students, your login information is the same login that you use at school.
2.) To view the Individual Student Report (ISR) for a specific state assessment, select Portal from the left side of the screen.
3.) Select the Florida Statewide Assessments Icon, which will direct you to the Florida Statewide Assessments Family Portal.
4.) If you would like to view Individual Student Reports (ISRs) for previous years, select a different year from the dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen in the Family Portal.
