At Polk County Public Schools, the Retirement Services Team is committed to supporting our employees with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Our goals are to:
- Provide clear, consistent, and courteous guidance to employees and retirees by ensuring all communications are accurate, timely, and easy to understand.
- Collaborate with district partners and stakeholders to develop solutions that effectively address employee needs while upholding PCPS policies and regulatory requirements.
- Create and implement comprehensive communication tools and resources that help employees understand the retirement programs, benefits, and services offered through PCPS.
- Promote a service focused environment that emphasizes transparency, accountability, and support throughout every stage of the retirement process.
