We’re back from break, and back to Focused on Excellence! Congratulations to our next winner: Mary Fisher from Blake Academy.
Mary is the food service manager at Blake.
“The thing I love most about my job is building a bond with the children. I love that they are comfortable around me, and get excited about sharing things in their lives,” she said. “I also like being able to brighten a child’s day when they are having a tough time. Sometimes it only takes a simple smile or ‘good morning.’”
It’s now the sixth year of our Focused on Excellence campaign, which recognizes the hard work and contributions of PCPS employees. Once again, employees were asked to nominate their colleagues from various departments for a chance to receive some great prizes and be recognized on our communication channels.
