Steps to register new students
(PreK - 12th grade)

#01 Find Your School Zone

Find your zoned school based on your address, or visit our school options page to discover more. 

#2 Collect Required Documents

  1. List of Registration Requirements
  2. Entrance and Immunization Requirements
  3. Government issued identification, (Drivers License or Passport)
  4. Medical Information Form – English | Spanish | Haitian Creole

#3 Complete the Student Entry Form

#4 Make an Appointment to Visit Your Zoned School to Finish Registration

Once you’ve gathered the required documents listed on the Registration Requirements (Step 2) and completed the Student Entry Form (Step 3), call your school to schedule a visit.
