Board Meetings

Security Notice

For the safety of all visitors, the following rules are in place for all School Board meetings.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in attendees being asked to leave the premises.

All visitors entering the building are subject to being screened by a metal detector.

Bags are permitted inside but are subject to inspection.

Prohibited items include:

• Weapons or firearms of any kind
• Explosives or flammables
• Knives or sharp objects
• Pepper spray or mace

Meetings convene in the School Board auditorium at the Polk County Public Schools Administrative Offices at 1915 S. Floral Ave. in Bartow
